Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners' warehouses.

Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as each item ships.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing. Items from our U.S. partners often arrive sooner.

Multiple packages: Because different products ship from different partner warehouses, items in one order may arrive in separate packages on different days. You won't be charged extra shipping for this.

Lost or delayed orders: If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at hello@bonniesbest.co and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
